Asthall is an English civil parish within the district of West Oxfordshire and the county of Oxfordshire

Asthal Parish Council serves the villages of Asthal, Asthall Leigh, Fordwells, Field Assarts and Worsham. Council meetings take place four times a year in the Memorial Hall, Asthall Leigh.
